(一)利用科技档案,降低劳动耗费,提高经济效益。劳动可分为活劳动和物化劳动两种形式,即人力和生产资料的节约,提高活劳动的经济效益,直接表现为劳动时间的节约;提高物化劳动的经济效益,直接表现为资金的节约。(1)复用套用科技档案,提高经济效益。所谓复用科技档案,就是在新设计中直接采用或套用某项设计的已有成图,既不重新设计,也不必全新制图,只将原有的设计底图档案调出来复制晒印即可。无论是工程设计还是产品设计,大部分是利用过去设计的成功部分或适用部分,而不是设计全部,而旧有设计的成果大部分来自科技档案。
