采取前后对比的方法,系统研判煤炭企业在外部市场、内部管理等10项“过去式”和“未来式”的样式。旨在为国有煤炭企业管理人员尤其是高层管理者在制定及实施企业未来转型发展方略时提供参考。
The method of comparison between the front and the back was used to systematically examine the ten items of “past tense” and “future” in the external market and internal management of coal companies. The purpose is to provide reference for managers of state-owned coal enterprises, especially senior managers, in formulating and implementing strategies for their future transformation and development.
