目的采用QNMR法测定川芎药材中有效成分Z-藁本内酯和洋川芎内酯A的含量。方法以1,4-二硝基苯作为内标,采用5 mm SEI探头,探头温度298.2 K,扫描次数(NS)32次,延迟时间(d1)20 s。定量特征信号选择为Z-藁本内酯C6-H和洋川芎内酯A的C3-H峰。结果 Z-藁本内酯和洋川芎内酯A的含量分别为0.7383%、0.5268%。结论 QNMR法快速、准确、不需参照物、样品制备简单、操作简便。
Objective To determine the content of active ingredient Z-ligustilide and yangchongxiong lactone A in Chuanxiong by QNMR method. Methods Using 1,4-dinitrobenzene as the internal standard, a 5 mm SEI probe was used. The probe temperature was 298.2 K, the number of scans (NS) was 32 and the delay time (d1) was 20 s. Quantitative signature signals were selected as the C3-H peak of Z-ligustilide C6-H and of yangchongxiong A. Results The content of Z-ligustilide and yangchongxiong lactone A were 0.7383% and 0.5268% respectively. Conclusion QNMR method is rapid, accurate and does not require reference materials. The sample preparation is simple and easy to operate.
