新技术与老结构:一对永恒的矛盾十二年前,我曾建议政治家们在面临学生运动时要向历史学习,要避免任何对学生运动的压制,并且要将学生们对社会问题所显示的热情和参与引导到社会发展的主流中来。那末,为什么青年和学生运动往往是一个社会的社会组织的主要协调性的首要的明显标志呢?为什么这种运动偏偏在某一个时刻及时发生呢? 除了有关国家和社会的几个特定因素和主体行为的人格特点之外,这里还有一些比较普遍应用的、对于科学论述颇有意义的指标。一个指标是一个国家及居民拥有的对自然和社会的知识水平,另一个指标是在各种生活领域传播这些知识及其应用的便利程度。
