近几年来,随着国家加快电影文化体制改革的不断深化,一批国有电影企业纷纷走上改制和向市场寻求发展的道路。这是一次涉及体制、机制和员工切身利益的深刻变革,给员工的思想观念、心理状态、行为现状带来巨大冲击和深远的影响。本文从电影公司如何做好转企改制员工的思想政治工作分析入手,结合贯彻落实市国资委“整合资源、加快发展、做大做强”电影产业的指示精神,坚持在“稳定、促进、保障”的原则下,员工思想上出现的新情况、新问题,本人谈几点看法,以供参考。
