采用非同位素聚合酶链反应—单链构象多态性技术，对３０例横纹肌肉瘤组织ｐ５３基因第５～第８外显了进行检测。结果发现３０例横纹肌内瘤中，７例有异常移动电泳带（２３．３％）。其中２例同时有第７、第８外显子点突变。此法的结果受多种因素的影响，提示要提高阳性率和正确的可重复的结果，必须有严格的实验环境和条件。
Non-isotopic polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism was used to detect p53 gene expression in 5 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma. The results showed that in 30 cases of intramuscular intramuscular tumors, 7 cases had abnormal mobile electrophoresis bands (23.3%). Two of them had point 7 and exon 8 mutations. The results of this method are affected by many factors, suggesting that to improve the positive rate and correct repeatable results, there must be a strict experimental environment and conditions.
