高职院校在校企合作中存在诸多问题,校企互动合作的外部保障机制不完善、高职院校主动服务企业的意识不强及依靠科研、技术服务企业的能力不够、企业参与校企合作的动力明显不足等因素严重制约了校企合作的顺利开展。创建校、政、企互动合作创新模式,形成真正的良性互动关系,是实现高职院校校企合作办学模式有效推进的重要举措。
There are many problems in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, the imperfect external guarantee mechanism of school-enterprise interaction and cooperation, the weak consciousness of active service enterprises in higher vocational colleges and the lack of ability to rely on scientific research and technical service enterprises, The obvious lack of motivation for cooperation has seriously hindered the smooth development of school-enterprise cooperation. Creating an innovative model of cooperation among schools, governments and enterprises and forming a truly benign interactive relationship are important measures for effectively promoting the mode of running schools and enterprises for higher vocational colleges.
