随着科学技术的飞速发展,通信、航空、雷达、电视、手机等相关仪器设备的广泛使用,使微波辐射成为当今人类生存环境中最大的污染源之一。人们在享受微波带来便利的同时,也越来越关注其对人体的危害性。雄性生殖系统是微波辐射最敏感靶部位之一,目前,微波辐射对雄性生殖系统的研究主要集中在动物实验和临床研究。动物实验显示,微波辐射对实验动物的性行为、睾丸和精子的形态及参数、性激素分泌等方面均有负面影响;临床研究表明,微波辐射可降低男性精子浓度,降低精子能动性。该文通过回顾近年来国内外关于微波辐射对雄性生殖系统影响的研究来进行综述,期望能够解答人们的一些疑惑,为今后的研究提供科学依据。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the widespread use of relevant instruments and equipment such as communications, aviation, radar, television and mobile phones has made microwave radiation one of the largest sources of pollution in the present-day human existence. While enjoying the convenience of microwaves, people are also paying more and more attention to its harmfulness to the human body. The male reproductive system is one of the most sensitive target sites for microwave radiation. At present, the research on the male reproductive system by microwave radiation mainly focuses on animal experiments and clinical studies. Animal experiments show that the microwave radiation has a negative impact on the sexual behavior of experimental animals, testicular and sperm morphology and parameters, sex hormone secretion and other aspects; clinical studies have shown that microwave radiation can reduce male sperm concentration and reduce sperm motility. This review summarizes the research on the effects of microwave radiation on the male reproductive system both at home and abroad in the hope of answering some people’s doubts and providing a scientific basis for future research.
