使用日本“3Mo1”型心电监护除颤装置及国产GL-1型踏车式功量计,对60例健康人进行检测,在达到次极量心率的过程中,系统观测了运动前、中、后血压、心率、心电图及作功量等变化,并根据测试结果制定了运动处方,效果满意。将受试者分成两组:低年组(<50岁)27例,高年组33例,次极量心率按极量心率的70%计,低年组为195-年龄,高年组为185-年龄。功量计固定为600公斤米/分,自行车转速60周/分。
