我院用 C_3b致敏酵母菌凝集试验检测循环免疫复合物的方法,对36例正常人及72例肿瘤患者进行检测,现报道如下。 材料与方法 一、材料:(一)生理盐水、(二)鲜酵母、(三)杂种小白鼠(上海生物制品研究所供给)、(四)羊抗人IgG(上海生物制品研究所产品)(五)标本来源:正常人为上海市中心血站献血员;渭癌、肝癌、肺癌及乳腺癌系经病理确诊的住院病人。 二、方法:煮沸30分钟的酵母菌经洗涤、离心、过滤取得分散的酵母菌,用生理盐水配成每ml含1×10~8个酵母菌悬液,加小白鼠血清致敏。待检血清作1:8、1:16、1:32、1:64稀释,分别取0.1ml各
In our hospital, C3b sensitized yeast agglutination test was used to detect circulating immune complexes. 36 cases of normal persons and 72 cases of cancer patients were tested. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods 1. Materials: (1) physiological saline, (2) fresh yeast, (3) hybrid mice (supplied by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products), (4) goat anti-human IgG (Shanghai Institute of Biological Products) ( V) Specimen source: Normal volunteers are blood donors at Shanghai Central Blood Station; patients with cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer are diagnosed with pathology. Second, the method: boiled yeast for 30 minutes by washing, centrifugation, filtration to obtain dispersed yeast, with normal saline mixed into each containing 1 × 10~8 yeast suspension, plus mice serum sensitization. The serum to be tested was diluted 1:8, 1:16, 1:32, 1:64, and each 0.1 ml was taken.
