无碴轨道具有轨道几何变位小、轨道平顺性好、结构可靠度高、维修工作量少等特点,因此无碴轨道技术在世界高速铁路、客运专线和城市轨道交通中得到广泛应用。德国铁路主要采用Rheda型、Zblin型和BGL型无碴轨道,随着技术的不断改进,Rheda型轨道结构高度不断减小。为防止迷路电流腐蚀无碴轨道钢筋,采用接地处理措施,减小电流密度。德国铁路采取措施保证无碴轨道与有碴轨道刚度的匀顺过渡,通过在无碴轨道基槽四周铺设道碴或加铺泡沫板,达到隔音、降噪、减振的效果。
Ballastless track has the characteristics of small orbit geometric displacement, good track stability, high structural reliability and low maintenance workload. Therefore, ballastless track technology is widely used in the world’s high-speed railway, passenger dedicated line and urban rail transit. The German railways mainly use Rheda, Zblin and BGL ballastless tracks. As the technology continues to improve, the height of the Rheda track structure continues to decrease.
