当前信贷资源配置仍然是我国金融资源配置的主要形式,信贷资金的投放会影响区域经济发展的水平和质量,合理的信贷资源配置应该是将信贷资金投放到效率高、资本边际产出高的行业中。近年来肇庆市信贷资金投放呈现快速增长态势,增速明显高于经济总量的增速,且两者之间差距有所增大。因此,我们有必要探讨肇庆市信贷资金是否投向了高效率行业,是否对高价值创造能力的行业有足够的敏感性,是否可通过优化信贷资源配置促进地方经济发展。
