为了探讨工频电磁场对人体T、B淋巴细胞凋亡的影响 ,利用流式细胞检测技术 ,检测 2 5名长期工作在 30万伏特高压环境中的工作人员与 15名正常对照者T和B淋巴细胞凋亡情况。结果显示 :接触组T淋巴细胞凋亡百分率为 (30 5± 4 0 ) % ,明显低于对照组 (5 1 7± 10 6 ) % ,两者间差异有显著性 (P<0 0 5 ) ;接触组与对照组B淋巴细胞凋亡百分率差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。说明长期工作在超高压环境中 ,机体T淋巴细胞凋亡程度明显低于健康对照人群 ,而B淋巴细胞凋亡则无明显差别
In order to investigate the effect of commercial electromagnetic fields on human T and B lymphocyte apoptosis, flow cytometry was used to detect 25 T-and B-lymphocytes in 25 long-term workers working in a 300,000-volt environment and 15 normal controls Apoptosis.
