理工类院校院校的发展定位、环境法学科及课程的自身特点、我国环境司法实践状况等多种因素影响,造成当前理工类院校环境法教学效果差强人意。要改变这种状况,必须了解学生的学习心态,教学设计必须符合学生的学习需求、就业需求;针对环境法学科特性及理工类院校的特点,确立环境法课程设置原则,调整环境法课程教学内容,以紧密联系学生的实际需求和理工类院校的特色。
