本文是鲍家声同志在去年全国城镇住宅经济讨论会上的发言。他的关于支撑体住宅建设的设想,得到江苏省建设厅的热情支持,并于去年六月在无锡召开的,有江苏省五市两县房管局领导和设计人员参加的,支撑体住宅设想可行性论证会上,经过两天的讨论,一致认为这个设想是可行的,尤其能适应住宅商品化建设的需要,有利于开辟住宅建设多渠道的途径。为了开创住宅建设新局面,在江苏省建设厅的支持下,以鲍家声同志为主的南京工学院建筑系部分教师与无锡市房管局共同成立了支撑体住宅研究组,首先在无锡进行试点工程的建设,目前这一研究工作正在进行,试点工程不久即将开工建设。——编者 This article is a statement made by Comrade Bao Jiasheng at the national urban housing economic seminar last year.
