前言在钢管工业中开发采用压力穿孔制造无缝钢管的新技术,是为了在中等口径无缝钢管生产中,能够直接采用连铸方坯,以达到降底成本,并大幅度地提高产品的尺寸精度和表面质量的目的。这项技术的发展概况如下:(1)1972年~1974年的三年中,对使用连铸方坯的压力穿孔法在工业上的应用进行了研究。依据新日铁方式,经过多次技术改进,这种压力穿孔法在工业上实用获得成功。(2)进一步对其在工业实用方面进行了研究,象斜轧穿
Preface The development of new technology for manufacturing seamless steel pipe by pressure perforation in the steel pipe industry is to directly use the continuous casting billet in the production of medium-sized seamless steel pipe so as to achieve the cost reduction and substantially increase the product size Accuracy and surface quality purposes.
