1前言众所周知,润滑系统是柴油机的主要组成部分,而柴油机所用的润滑油主要是滑油。因此,在柴油机中,减少滑油消耗、合理选用滑油和妥善管理润滑系统,一直是同行们十分关注的问题。当柴油机正常运转时,要求滑油消耗量一般应小于燃油消耗量的2%,然而实际的滑油消耗量总是超过这一要求,达到5%以上。显然,多余的消耗不仅是一种浪费,而更重要的是滑油消耗过多还会引起燃烧室积碳增多,活塞环卡死以及缸套磨损等不良后果,进而严重影响柴油机的正常工作。这是应该尽量避免的。当然,研究滑油的消耗,就必然涉及到对滑油的正确选用和严格管理。 2滑油耗量过大的原因柴油机实际滑油消耗量超过要求消耗量的原
1 Preface As we all know, lubricating system is the main component of diesel engine, while the main lubricating oil used in diesel engine is lubricating oil. Therefore, in diesel engines, reducing oil consumption, rational use of oil and proper lubrication system management has always been a matter of great concern to colleagues. When the diesel engine is in normal operation, the required oil consumption should generally be less than 2% of the fuel consumption, however, the actual oil consumption always exceeds this requirement to reach 5% or more.
