襄樊综合食品厂不久前从美国引进一条年产1800吨的通心粉生产线,共投资人民币250万元。这条生产线于去年九月投产,年内生产30吨,由于产品滞销,至今尚存2吨多,无法继续生产,造成设备闲置,不能发挥作用。其原因:一是该产品必须用硬质精面生产,当地面粉不能用,必须到外地购买,这样就增大了生产成本。二是我们的管理水平和技术水平低,在美国该生产线只需6人操作,而我们需20人,我国的工资虽然低,但由于劳动生产率也低,对成本仍然不利。三是产品不适应中小城镇人民的生活习惯,价格又比其他面制品贵一倍,因而打不开市
