本实验观察了8Gyγ线照射后大鼠摄食中枢、饱中枢的自发放电变化及电刺激这两个中枢时胃运动的反应.结果如下:8Gy γ线照射后大鼠的摄食中枢、饱中枢的自发放电与对照无差别;刺激正常大鼠的饱中枢主要出现胃运动的抑制反应,而刺激摄食中枢则主要出现胃运动的兴奋反应;8Gy γ线照射后2、3、4天刺激大鼠的饱中枢和摄食中枢都出现胃运动的抑制反应.
