班级授课制是工业革命的产物,用以培养批量人才来满足社会发展的需求。当今社会已经进入知识经济时代,更加需要极具个性的创造型人才。于是,小班化教学应运而生。自20世纪80年代,美国就已经开始实行缩小班级的教学实践。小班化生物教学将学习作为一个主动建构知识发展能力的过程,通过师生之间的交流、互动更加有利于构建和谐、平等、民主的师生关系。
The class teaching system is a product of the industrial revolution and is used to cultivate batch talents to meet the needs of social development. Today’s society has entered the era of knowledge-based economy, and more creative talents with great personality are needed. As a result, small class teaching came into being. Since the 1980s, the United States has begun to implement classroom-less teaching practices. The small class biology teaching regards learning as a process of actively constructing knowledge development abilities. Through exchanges and interactions between teachers and students, it is more conducive to building a harmonious, equal, and democratic teacher-student relationship.
