目前,实施全面的新概念教学以后,我国的教育模式在发生不断的改变,幼儿教育不再和过去一样,仅通过幼儿教师单方面的教育孩子,来完成启蒙教育的培养。当然,过去的幼儿教育模式也引起了幼儿园园长和老师的高度重视,不少老师存在一定的担心和对幼儿教学发展的担忧。因此,针对现在农村大班中存在的问题和固定的幼儿教学模式的问题,提出了“区域活动指导适应性策略”。该策略是指打破传统的教学模式,通过以往的教学经验,结合现在幼儿园小朋友的特点和区域特点,为幼儿园小朋友打造一个个性化的多元化幼儿教育课堂,同时,该策略也是一个评价和判断幼儿教育教学的方法,总的来说“区域活动指导适应性策略”的提出,对幼儿教育教学存在一定的指导意义。
