作为JICA(国際協力事業团)海外技术协作的一环,90年6月18日至7月9日,我们在中华人民共和国进行了有关ATS—P型系统的讲学及综合研讨。讲学地点为哈尔滨铁路局哈尔滨科学技术研究所,听讲者为26人。 此次访华团中,除笔者外,还有JR东日本的片方先生,JR西日本的河端先生及铁建公团的吉田先生共四位。主要讲授内容为10年前関西线试行的变频式ATS—P及目前京葉线与(糸忩)武线使用的查询应答式
As part of JICA’s overseas technical cooperation, from June 18 to July 9, 1990, we conducted lectures and comprehensive discussions on the ATS-P system in the People’s Republic of China. Venue for the Harbin Institute of Harbin Institute of Science and Technology, listening to 26 people. In addition to the author, there are a total of four of Mr. TANG FANG from JR East Japan, Mr. He Duan from JR West Japan, and Mr. Yoshida from IRC. The main content of the lectures is the ATS-P frequency-conversion trial that was conducted on the Kansai line 10 years ago and the query response type currently used by the Keihin line and the (糸 忩)
