以“表、导、教”为核心的综合性大学舞蹈专业教学需要不断完善。作者通过对就业现状的分析,发现影响就业的原因之一是专业教学与实践的比例不当,致使学生实践应用能力与社会需求不同步。因此,作者结合舞蹈专业的特点,建立在跨文化教育的基础上,以社会主要需求的舞蹈表演、舞蹈编导和舞蹈教育三个方向为研究目标,经过理性剖析和实践反馈,梳理出加强专业实践的相关办法,同时用以完善本科舞蹈教育,培养更加符合时代需求的应用型舞蹈专门人才。
The comprehensive university dance teaching with “table, guide and teaching” as the core needs continuous improvement. Through the analysis of employment status, the author finds that one of the reasons for the employment impact is the improper proportion of professional teaching and practice, which leads to the students’ practical ability of application and the social demand are not synchronized. Therefore, based on the characteristics of dance majors, the author, based on the intercultural education, takes the three main directions of dance performance, dance choreography and dance education as main objectives of the society as research objectives. Through rational analysis and practical feedback, At the same time to improve undergraduate dance education, training more in line with the needs of the application of dance professionals.
