本实验观测了严重烫伤小鼠胸腺细胞乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷(NAG)酶活性和自发DNA合成能力以及胸腺指数的变化。结果发现,NAG酶活性逐渐增强,伤后12~72h均显著升高;自发DNA合成能力呈明显的先降后升双相变化;胸腺指数进行性减小,12h以后已显著低于对照。烫伤后胸腺细胞NAG酶活性的改变是胸腺萎缩、残留细胞功能代偿性增强的结果,自发DNA合成能力的变化也与此有关。这表明烧伤后很早胸腺细胞的体内活性就已受到内环境因素的影响。
In this study, we observed the changes of thymocyte activity and DNA synthesis, and thymus index in thymocytes of severely scalded mice. The results showed that the activity of NAG increased gradually and significantly increased from 12 to 72 hours after injury. The ability of spontaneous DNA synthesis decreased first and then increased and then decreased. The thymus index decreased progressively and was significantly lower than that of the control after 12 hours. Changes in NAG enzyme activity of thymocytes after scald are the result of thymus atrophy and compensatory enhancement of residual cell function, and also the change of spontaneous DNA synthesis ability. This indicates that the in vivo activity of thymocytes immediately after burn has been affected by environmental factors.
