目的：了解中医院校医学生对医院感染知识的掌握程度、行为遵行程度及课程建议。方法：采用自编问卷，对在中医院校部分学生及附属医院的部分实习生进行调查。结果：中医院校医学生医院院感知识掌握的平均分为28.25分（满分52分）；对医院感染态度平均分为13.20分（满分24分）；行为遵循程度平均分14.19分（满分24分）。不同专业、学历对KAP得分有影响，实习与否不会影响KAP得分。结论：中医院校医学生掌握的医院感染知识较低，因此，加强中医院校的学校教学、入院及入科培训、带教老师教学、考核及监测很有必要。“,”Objective: To learn the nosocomial infection knowledge, the degree of obeying behavior and course advice of medical students in Chinese Medicine college. Methods: Using self-designed questionnaire to do a survey among part of the students in traditional Chinese medicine college and its affiliated hospitals. Results: The average score of nosocomial infection knowledge of the medical students in Chinese Medicine College is 28.25 (full mark is 52); the average score of attitude of nosocomial infection is 13.20(full mark is 24); the average score of behavior of obeying degree is 14.19(full mark is 24). Dif-ferent majors and degrees have influence on the score of KAP, practice or not will not affect the score of KAP. Conclusion:The degree of mastering the nosocomial infection knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine college is low; therefore, it is nec-essary to strengthen the school education, the training of entering into the hospital and the department, the teaching of clinical teachers, assessment and monitoring.
