铰链四杆机构(包括双摇杆机构、双曲柄机构、曲柄摇杆机构)广泛用于工程机械、起重运输机械、矿冶机械、农机等各种机械及仪器仪表。铰链四杆机构设计,目前都采用矢量投影的解法,分析其构件在已知条件下作相对运动时的特点。但是,这种解法较繁复。且由此而导致错误的计算公式屡见不鲜(在[2]内就有这类错误的例子)。本文将分析、研究更为简便的解法。
Hinge four-bar mechanism (including double rocker mechanism, double crank mechanism, crank rocker mechanism) are widely used in engineering machinery, lifting and transport machinery, mining and metallurgy machinery, agricultural machinery and other machinery and instrumentation. Four-bar hinge mechanism design, the current method of using the vector projection, analysis of its components under known conditions for the relative movement of the characteristics. However, this solution is more complex. And the resulting formula for calculating errors is not uncommon (examples of such errors are found in [2]). This article will analyze and study a more simple solution.
