在新时期的发展中,通过现代高职教育进行有效解读,并深入总结传统的学徒式教育模式,提出了现代学徒制模式。现代学徒制模式的提出,是新时代下传统与创新有效结合的产物,对学生提出了与以往大不相同的要求。本文主要对现代学徒制模式和高职学生管理工作的特点和内容进行深入阐述,在实践工作开展的过程中,研究高职学生管理工作在现代学徒制模式下出现的工作难点,最后结合实际工作内容探索出现代学徒制模式下高职学生管理工作有效提高的途径。
