β-肾上腺素能受体阻断剂(以下简称β-阻断剂)是60年代开始发展起来的一类新药,是一类药理理论方面、药效方面皆颇受注意的药物。1964年心得安第一个成功地临床应用,十余年来β-阻断剂在临床应用或试用的约三十余种,本文用表格形式简单介绍了24种。我国生产或试制的已有心得安、心得宁、心得平、心得静、心得舒、氨酰心安、甲苯心安、氯甲苯心安等,使用最久、研究最多的是心得安。
