个人通过对国际品牌连锁酒店设计、建设、施工及后期调试过程,提出酒店通风厨房通风设计及施工中容易出现的且易于忽视的问题而造成后期运营困难的问题和难点。通过前期的通风设计寻找发现了一些解决方案并付诸实施,得到了较好的运行效果。对改造方案加以总结、讨论,提出一些简单可行、易于操作的设计方法。
