在锻压车间进行联合工作时,把锻件由锻锤送到压力机上,需要花费很大的力气。这种繁重的工作,使工人的劳动强度增大,并且影响劳动生产率。因此,使这种笨重劳动机械化,有着巨大的意义。在锻压车间内,这种笨重劳动工序的机械化有许多方法:局部运输带,悬吊滑车等等。在许多情况下,特别是大量生产时,这些装置是很好的。但是,并不是每一个车间都可以採用这种复杂装置的:它们很贵,并且经常是固定的,以至限制了工作地的面积。
In forging workshop joint work, the forging from the hammer to the press, it takes a lot of effort. Such arduous work increases the labor intensity of workers and affects labor productivity. Therefore, it is of great significance to mechanize such bulky labor. There are many ways to mechanize this cumbersome work-shop within a forging shop: local conveyor belts, suspension trolleys and more. In many cases, especially when mass-produced, these devices are good. However, not every workshop can use this complicated device: they are expensive and often fixed, limiting the size of the worksite.
