经济法的理念包含很多内容,除了根本指导思想以外,还包括重要的理论精神以及法律执行的相关准则以及管理宗旨。我们可以将其理解为经济法的载体,要想明确经济法制定依据、价值以及目标等,就必须对经济法理念进行研究。本文对经济法理念进行概述,并对经济法价值范畴进行研究。
The concept of economic law contains a lot of content, in addition to the basic guiding ideology, but also includes important theoretical spirit as well as the implementation of the relevant guidelines and principles of management. We can understand it as the carrier of economic law. If we want to make clear the basis, value and goal of economic law, we must study the concept of economic law. This article gives an overview of the concept of economic law and studies the category of value of economic law.
