教育的终极目标是学生的精神健康。所以“培育精神健康的学生”应该成为班级管理的战略目标。理论研究表明,如果班级文化健康,学生就会有健康的行为表现;反之,不健康的班级文化,就会导致学生问题行为的必然性。如果班级出现了顽童,只要班级文化向健康的方向转化,顽童也会停止问题行为。创造健康的班级文化,是学生精神健康教育的一条有效途径。我们认为精神健康的班级有三个要素,第一是民主和谐,第二是积极进取,第三是良好的习惯。我校在“健康班级”建设中致力于“精神健康”培育,主要从以下三个方面着手:“民主”意识,班级建设的起点研究发现,良好的班级人际关系对于其成员而言是一种重要的情绪支持、正常的情感依赖,有助于学生的社会性发展。健康的班级所形成的积极的人际关系氛围为学生的心理健康发展奠定了基础。班级人际关系友好、和谐,成员之间互相关心和支持,其归属感、尊重、自我价值等心理需要得到满足,其心理健康水平就容易提高,积极的个性品质就容易形成。学生在这种健康的班级里学习、生活

The positive atmosphere of interpersonal relationships formed by healthy classes laid the foundation for the development of students’ mental health. Class relationships friendly and harmonious, mutual concern and support among members, the sense of belonging, respect, self-worth and other psychological needs to be met, its mental health level is easy to increase, the positive personality is easy to form.
