随着医学的发展,对某些肺疾病有了新的治疗手段。 1.基因治疗 基因治疗是治疗肺脏疾病的最新趋向。它可以取代、改变和抑制有关的基因。α_2~-抗胰蛋白酶缺乏症和囊性肺纤维化是最常见和最单一的致死性基因性疾病。现在有些医生已对ARDS、COPD和哮喘患者试用基因治疗。抑制抗弹性酶基因可以控制由于肺损伤后发生的蛋白酶导致的肺气肿;又例如抑制抗炎性细胞因子的基因(IL-10)、抑制炎症性传录因子(IKBα)和抑制NF-kB都是治疗囊性肺纤维化的基因疗法。 2.呼吸道炎症 哮喘目前被认为是一种受IL-5驱使的嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎,吸入抗原和继而在肺脏发生的变态反应可引发抗体和产生细胞因子,后者中也包括有IL-5。
