试验以宝交早生一年生草莓苗为材料,对其冷藏期间的有关生理指标进行了定期测定,对其之所以能长期冷藏的生理机制进行了分析与讨论。结果表明,冷藏苗在贮藏期间的失重速率比对照苗(9℃)要低得多,前者贮藏近半年时的失重率为2.66%,后者贮藏两个月时的失重率为2.15%。冷藏苗的平均呼吸强度只有对照苗的1/3。冷藏苗的过氧化氢酶活性比对照苗要低。芽部的过氧化氢酶活性在大部分时间里比其它部位的要高。冷藏苗的乙烯释放量始终低于对照苗。芽部是产生乙烯的唯一部位。
In this experiment, annual strawberry seedlings of Baojiao and Zaobao were used as materials, and their physiological indexes during cold storage were determined regularly. The physiological mechanism of long-term cold storage was analyzed and discussed. The results showed that the weight loss rate of cold storage seedlings was much lower than that of the control seedlings (9 ℃) during storage, the weight loss rate of the former was 2.66% when stored for nearly half a year, and the weight loss rate was 2 when stored for two months. 15%. The average respiratory rate of frozen seedlings is only 1/3 of the control seedlings. Chilled seedlings catalase activity than the control seedlings to be low. Bud catalase activity is higher than most other parts of the time. Refrigerant seedling ethylene release is always lower than the control seedlings. The bud is the only part that produces ethylene.
