对用籼型恢复系与粳型广亲和系02428杂交选育出的5个农艺性状较好的新的籼型恢复系进行了恢复力和亲和性测定。结果表明:所测5个株系对粤泰A恢复力正常,其中4个对珍汕97A和协青早A育性恢复度在80%以上;与常规粳稻品种杂交的F1亲和力亦较好;92024和92025能分别使粳型不育系泗稻8号A育性恢复到74.7%和77.3%。新育成的籼型广亲和恢复系与不同类型的不育系配组,都能选育出产量水平高于对照种汕优63的组合。为利用籼型广亲和系选育三系品种间和亚种间杂交组合提供了可能性。
Five new indica restorer lines with good agronomic traits, which were bred by the indica restorer line and the Japonica wide compatibility line 02428, were tested for resilience and affinity. The results showed that the five lines tested were normal to Yuetai A, of which four were more than 80% of Zhenshan 97A and Xieqingzao A; the F1 hybrids with conventional japonica varieties also had better affinity; 92024 and 92025 could restore the fertility of Japonica sterile line Si-Sao 8 A to 74.7% and 77.3%, respectively. The newly bred broad compatible restorer lines of Indica and different types of CMS lines were able to breed more combinations than Shanyou 63 which is the control. It is possible to breed hybrid combinations between three lines and subspecies by using indica hybrid system.
