企业电视台是一个企业发展壮大的产物,是一个企业综合实力的体现。随着越来越多经济实力雄厚企业的出现,企业电视台也越来越多。作为企业宣传工作的重要形式,企业电视起着传递信息、凝聚力量、引导舆论、展示企业形象等作用,为企业发展所做出的贡献不可否认。随着时代背景的的变化,新传播方式的出现,企业电视宣传工作也存在着诸多的问题和挑战;若一直墨守成规,不积极积极寻找对策,不转变宣传思想和报道模式,企业电视在企业生存和发展中的作用将会大打折扣。
