以企业为中心,本研究首先对开放式创新环境下的合作伙伴进行分类,并构建了一种连接外部合作伙伴和企业技术创新、产品开发流程的开放式协同创新网络模型。在此基础上,结合对协同创新的4种协作模式(创新发起、产权交易、合作项目、创新联盟)分析,构建了整合难度、交易成本、协同保障、创新能力、交互质量和履约能力等6个评价合作伙伴能力的准则及评价标准,并应用DEMATEL-ANP法交叉分析各准则之间的影响关系和重要程度。进一步地,运用多准则决策方法来评价外部合作伙伴的能力,其中重点采用模糊距离测度法对基于模糊数的评价结果进行了决策。最后,结合具体实证对文中所提出的理论方法进行验证,结果显示:在评价者3种不同的决策态度(保守、冒险、中立)下,均能取得一致性的合作伙伴能力评价结论。
Focusing on the enterprise, this study first classifies the partners in the open innovation environment and constructs an open collaborative innovation network model that connects external partners and enterprise technology innovation and product development process. On this basis, combining the four kinds of cooperation modes (innovation initiation, property right transaction, cooperation project, innovation alliance) analysis of collaborative innovation, we construct the integration difficulty, transaction cost, coordination guarantee, innovation ability, interaction quality and performance ability. Criteria and evaluation criteria for assessing partner competencies, and using the DEMATEL-ANP method to cross-analyze the impact relationship and importance of each criterion. Furthermore, we use the multi-criteria decision-making method to evaluate the external partner’s ability. The fuzzy distance measure is used to make decision based on fuzzy numbers. Finally, the paper verifies the theoretical methods proposed in this paper with concrete evidences. The results show that the appraisal conclusion of the partner ability is consistent under three different decision-making attitudes (conservative, adventurous and neutral).
