甲硝唑为人工合成的硝基咪唑类化合物,临床应用广泛。近年来国内有文献报道,本品致双硫仑样反应,现概述如下。黄仁基报道,男,40岁,因胃炎给予甲硝唑0.5 g静脉滴注,1次/d,用药第3天时患者饮用两杯啤酒,出现颜面潮红稍有头痛,心悸。第7天停药,3 d后饮高度酒约20 ml出现颌面潮红头痛头昏;心悸呼吸加深加快。即予对症治疗后,上述症状逐渐缓解。
Metronidazole is a synthetic nitroimidazole compound with wide range of clinical applications. In recent years, there are domestic literature reports, this product caused disulfiram-like reaction, are summarized as follows. Huang Renji reported that male, 40 years old, given intravenous metronidazole 0.5 g for gastritis, 1 / d, medication on the 3rd day when patients drink two glasses of beer, there is a slight facial flushing headache, palpitations. 7 days off, 3 d after drinking a high degree of alcohol about 20 ml of maxillofacial red headache dizziness; palpitations deepening breathing deepened. That is symptomatic treatment, the symptoms gradually eased.
