对混合性神经源性膀胱1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,82岁。既往有糖尿病病史15 a,脑梗死病史6 a,帕金森病病史2 a。患者5 a前反复出现尿频、尿急、尿不尽等症状,泌尿系超声提示前列腺增生。2008-06因反复出现尿潴留于解放军301医院行尿动力学检查,考虑不除外神经源性膀胱。给予行膀胱造瘘术,术后反复造瘘口感染。2008-09在我院行经尿道前列腺激光气化术,术后排尿困难症状缓解不明显。
