目的探讨妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的临床诊断及处理。方法对2008-2010-10荆门市康复医院收治的30例ICP患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果孕28周后ICP发病率明显升高,瘙痒是ICP显著的首发症状,血清胆汁酸水平及转氨酶升高有助于该病的诊断,特别是胆汁酸水平的升高可为金标准。结论对ICP患者进行早诊断,早治疗,适时终止妊娠,可明显改善围生儿结局。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods The clinical data of 30 ICP patients admitted to Jingmen Rehabilitation Hospital from 2008-2010-10 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence of ICP increased significantly after 28 weeks of gestation. Pruritus was a significant first symptom of ICP. Serum bile acid level and elevated transaminases were helpful for the diagnosis of the disease. In particular, the increase of bile acid level was the gold standard. Conclusion Early diagnosis and early treatment of ICP patients and timely termination of pregnancy can significantly improve perinatal outcome.
