本报讯美国先锋公司(AMVAC)近日宣布其在荷兰的全资子公司与辉丰农化股份有限公司控股的子公司-Shanghai Focus Biological Technology Co.,Ltd.合资在香港成立研发为重点的合资企业。成立的合资企业-辉丰AMVAC将专注于双方的技术转移,包括新的专有农用化学制剂和作物保护精准农业系统。该合资企业双方各占50%股份,预计该企业将受益于未来几年持续的技术投入。AMVAC的亚洲区总裁Lawrence Yu将负责该公司。AMVAC的总裁兼首席执行
(AMVAC) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary in the Netherlands, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Netherlands, and Shanghai Focus Biological Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary controlled by Hui Fung Agrochemicals Co., Ltd., set up a joint venture focused on research and development in Hong Kong enterprise. The joint venture, Huifeng AMVAC, will focus on technology transfer between the two sides, including the new proprietary agrochemicals and crop protection precision agriculture systems. Each of the joint ventures will hold 50% of each of the shares, and it is expected that the company will benefit from continued technical investment in the coming years. Lawrence Yu, president of AMVAC’s Asia division, will be in charge of the company. AMVAC’s President and Chief Executive
