我矿在去年年初,WK-4A挖掘机提升机构中的卷筒齿轮 在使用过程中由于长期满负荷工作发生了断齿现象（同时打掉1个全齿、3个2/ 3个齿和5个1/4个齿）,当时气温在-18℃以下,由于没有备件,又急需生产使用,经过紧张而严密的方案论证,于事故发生后仅仅10min便开始了全面的抢修。 经过修复后的齿轮一直使用到现在,没有发生任何不良现象,以至于在以后卷简齿轮打掉2个全齿的情况下我们用同样的方法在现场修复,也得到了满意的效果,节约了成本保证了
