1 故障描述6月2日,B-2201飞机执行温州→广州航班时,机组报告:在起飞20分钟左右出现“HYD G RSVR OVHT”警告,机组按 ECAM 提示程序操作,下降过程中重置正常。几天后,机组报告在 ECAM 液压系统页面出现“琥珀色 OVHT”信息,并再次出现“HYD G RSVR OVHT”警告。此故障一般为几个飞行日出现1~2次。维修人员按空客公司提供的排故程序做完所有工作后,故障仍时有出现;经机务多次跟机观察,发现故障现象一般为:在起飞20分钟左右,下 ECAM 液压系统页面出现“琥珀色 OVHT”信息,约半分钟后上 ECAM
1 Fault description On June 2, when the B-2201 aircraft carried out the flight from Wenzhou to Guangzhou, the crew reported that a “HYD G RSVR OVHT” warning occurred about 20 minutes after the take-off. The crew operated according to the ECAM prompt procedure and reset during descent normal. A few days later, the crew reported an “Amber OVHT” message on the ECAM hydraulics page and the “HYD G RSVR OVHT” warning reappeared. This failure is usually a few flying days appear 1 or 2 times.
