20世纪90年代以前我国的对外贸易一直以逆差为主,自90年代以来,随着改革开放进一步深入以及一系列对外贸易发展政策和措施的实施,特别是2001年加入WTO之后,中国与世界经济的联系日益紧密,相互影响日益加深,对外贸易迅猛发展,规模空前扩大,贸易顺差问题也即随之凸显。本文着重对其成因及利弊进行论述。
