Chinese people’s concept of employment and the traditional concept has a great relationship. Needless to say, the current vocational education in China is facing a gap: the vocational college graduates are unwilling to be blue-collar workers, and most of the students are unwilling to take the initiative to apply for secondary education. Therefore, the number of skilled workers in China is rapidly declining in recent years. The root cause of this problem is that there is a growing trend in this issue. It is not the simple reason that the current era and society create such a thing. The fundamental reason is that the traditional Chinese concept of history entails the notion of “deeply rooted, superior and inferior”. Under the current social background, no school or family will encourage students to become basic workers in the industry. All of us seem to agree that it is only honor to become a management staff. The abandonment of the status of workers and peasants is their common psychological feature and career choice Concept. On the contrary, this concept has formed the social deformity requirement for education.
