目的研究0~2.50 MPa氦氧暴露对潜水员空间记忆广度、二维和三维心理旋转的影响。方法采用模拟棋盘的方法对潜水员的空间记忆进行评价,并进一步通过二维与三维心理旋转测验的方法评价其空间认知能力。结果 0~2.50 MPa高气压环境会直接损害潜水员的空间认知能力,主要表现为降低潜水员空间记忆能力,二维和三维心理旋转正确率下降。结论潜水员空间认知能力受损可能与高气压对大脑整体的抑制有关,并非对某个中枢的选择性损害。
Objective To study the effects of 0 ~ 2.50 MPa Helium Oxygen Exposure on diver memory space, two-dimensional and three-dimensional psychological rotation. Methods The simulating chessboard method was used to evaluate the diver’s spatial memory, and the spatial cognitive ability was further evaluated by two-dimensional and three-dimensional psychological rotation test. Results 0 ~ 2.50 MPa high atmospheric pressure environment would directly damage the diver’s spatial cognition, mainly manifested as reducing the diver’s spatial memory ability and reducing the accuracy of two-dimensional and three-dimensional psychological rotation. Conclusion The divergence of spatial cognition in divers may be related to the inhibition of whole brain by high pressure, which is not the selective damage to a certain center.
