目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)脑血管成像技术及临床应用价值。方法45例行脑MSCTA检查,于动脉期18S扫描,采用MPVR、MIP、VR、SSD重建技术行血管成像。结果MSCTA均清楚显示1~4级脑血管结构,观察Willis环及大脑前、中、后动脉主干及其分支情况,其中正常18例,发现动脉瘤6例,1例行电解可脱弹簧圈栓塞治疗。脑肿瘤9例,脑动静脉畸形2例,脑动脉狭窄4例,其他6例。结论MSCT脑血管造影MPVR、VR技术是快速而有效的无创伤血管成像技术,优于MIP、SSD,可为临床或介入治疗方案的制定提供更多有价值的信息。部分可代替DSA,并作为脑血管疾管病筛选的一种筛选手段。
Objective: To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) cerebrovascular imaging and its clinical value. Methods 45 cases of brain MSCTA examination, during the arterial phase 18S scan, using MPVR, MIP, VR, SSD reconstruction techniques for vascular imaging. Results MSCTA clearly showed grade 1 to 4 cerebrovascular structures and observed the anterior, middle and posterior cerebral arteries and their branches of Willis ring and brain. Normal 18 cases were found aneurysm in 6 cases and 1 case was electrocoagulation coil treatment. 9 brain tumors, 2 cerebral arteriovenous malformations, 4 cerebral artery stenoses and 6 other cases. Conclusion MSCT angiography of MPVR, VR is a rapid and effective non-invasive vascular imaging technology, superior to MIP, SSD, which can provide more valuable information for clinical or interventional treatment. Some can replace DSA, and as a screening tool for cerebrovascular disease.
