报道溴莫普林及甲氧苄啶与磺胺甲口恶唑、磺胺嘧啶联合应用和Augmentin对临床常见分离的20种502株菌抗菌作用结果。结果显示:溴莫普林与磺胺药物以14配比浓度联合应用对多数测试菌具有明显的抗菌协同作用,尤其对大肠埃希氏杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、沙雷氏菌、柠檬酸杆菌、产气杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、金葡球菌、化脓性链球菌、肺炎双球菌、奈瑟氏淋球菌、厌氧脆弱拟杆菌等均具有显著的抗菌协同作用。协同率达60%~100%,联合用药后抗菌作用比单独用药增效数倍至数百倍。
The antibacterial activity of 20 kinds of 502 strains of bacteria isolated from clinoproxil and brommentol and trimethoprim in combination with sulfamethoxazole and sulfadiazine and Augmentin were reported.
