结合铝粉生产雾化过程出现的难题,在分析雾化不能正常进行的原因的基础上,着重考虑漏眼出口处负压状态、漏眼材料及熔炼工艺等因素对雾化过程的影响。取得了对雾化制粉有价值并经生产验证的结论.本结论可供生产设计参考。
Based on the analysis of the reasons why the atomization can not be carried out normally, the influence of the negative pressure at the outlet of the leaky hole, the material with the missing eyes and the smelting process on the atomization process was analyzed. Achieved on the value of atomized milling and confirmed by the production of the conclusion. This conclusion is available for production design reference.
