1 IntroductionrnThe collapse angle of the fine blanking part is the collapse phenomenon caused by the plastic deformation of the material near the edge of the die and the flow of the material [1]. For most fine blanking parts,excessive collapse angles will reduce the effective contact area between parts, and even threat the safety of product work. With the more application of fine blanking technology in the industry, the requirements in some aspects are getting higher and higher,so the analysis of it is importance.
